Attached are surveys to collect data for the Ohio Cropland Values and Cash Rents Survey.
The goal is to have enough data to summarize and publish every region in Ohio, although recently we have only had enough data points to publish western Ohio regions. We also collect surveys from ag lenders, rural appraisers and professional farm management firms in the state. Completed surveys can be returned by March 31st (by mail or scanned and emailed).
- Short or Long Version
If you do choose to disseminate this survey you can chose the short version that requests information on land values cash rents (and interest rates) only. The long version has two additional sections requesting information on flex leases and crop-share leases. Use whichever one you prefer.
