Lets Dash into Trash Bash!   By Lydia White, News Reporter

The Johnsville Jolly Farmers and Farmerettes 4-H club met at the Johnsville Methodist church on May 8, 2025. On May 7, a group of members went to Palm field to pick up trash. It was an exciting event. We took trash bags and looked for trash at the field. We didn`t find that much trash, but at least the field is clean.

At this meeting we had a special guest named Jenny Curry. She talked about baby foxes, their different breeds, and how you can have a fox as a pet. She brought four baby foxes for us to see and pet. They were so cute!

The first demonstration was done by Abby Leonhard. She showed us how to make avocado toast and talked about breakfast nutrition. We learned how to make a healthy breakfast. The last demonstration was done by Brenna Leonhard. She taught us about photography and using a camera. She discussed indoor/outdoor camera modes, shutter speed, and F-stop.

This was a very eventful meeting. If you want to catch up on 4H news or need event/deadline information please visit morrow.osu.edu for more information.
