Morrow County Jr. Fair & 4-H Dog Projects

The Morrow County Junior Fair and 4-H Program follow the same rules, standards, and guidelines for exhibiting dogs as those required by the Ohio State Fair and applicable Ohio state dog regulatory authorities. All youth exhibitors are expected to comply with established health, safety, welfare, and eligibility requirements to ensure fair competition and responsible animal care. By aligning with state-level regulations, the Morrow County Junior Fair and 4-H Program promote consistency, integrity, and the well-being of both exhibitors and their dogs.

We do ask if you need help starting or trainng a dog for exhibiton please contact the office and we can connect you with our county project leader! 


Jr. Fair Dog Show Forms

  • Dog ID Form/Vaccination Certificate - "Morrow County 4-H and Jr. Fair utilize the same ID Form as the Ohio State Fair. Please bring this form with you to the Dog Show held by the Morrow County Jr. Fair Board”
